I was told, over the phone, that the cost was $70. I'm glad to hear the price has gone down.

I am not requesting the audio for the fact finding hearing that I was allowed to participate it,
albeit without representation and having no discovery before me.

I am requesting the hearing for the Contested Shelter Care/Preliminary Fact Finding hearing
which I was not permitted to take part it.

Judge Hotchkiss will know which one I'm speaking of. The one where he hung up on me after
telling me on the spot to go pro se, without notice, and then proceeded without me.

I have no idea what was said in that hearing, which is why I am requesting a copy of the audio.

I may need the audio for all of these hearings, so please keep them preserved. At this moment,
however, I am specifically interested in the Contested Shelter Care/Preliminary Fact Finding hearing,
which was the hearing before the actual "Fact Finding".

When you let me know we are clear on what I'm requesting, I will send you the money.

Please file my last email request and this email correspondence, with the case.

The copy fee for a CD of that hearing is $25.00.

I am assuming you are referring to the fact finding hearing held August 27, 2008.
