I am thinking, it is absolutely necessary for me to know what kind of garbage was said about me, after Judge Hotchkiss hung up on me prior to a major hearing for preliminary fact finding.
No one was representing me or defending me, and the Judge told me, on the spot, I had to defend myself pro se, with zero discovery before me and zero notice. Then, when I protested, he hung up on me.
I called and asked for the audio and Wenatchee didn't want to give it to me. They told me I'd have to pay for it if I wanted. That's after depriving me of REASONABLE defense from a defender without conflicts of interest, and hanging up on me.
So I'm thinking, what exactly did they want to get away with, and hope I'll never hear about?
I have a right to know what was said, and if I don't find a lawyer to help me with this, or to sue on account of the deprivation of my civil rights, I now have the money to pay for it myself. I don't have a lot of money, but something tells me it would be good to have a copy of the bullshit they tried to pull, and got away with, with zero outside accountability.
