If someone is going to go out of their way to noticeably stalk or harass me, I am going to publish the drivers license plate, if I see it.

Black SUV (I believe) with plates: KANE 18 (Maryland). Dark brown hair and white.

Total asshole driving. This morning near Farragut Square about 10 or 15 minutes ago.
