Regarding D.C. CPS Farr and Wenatchee CPS

I am fairly certain Michelle Farr is not connected to the other Farr who came into my workplace. Michelle Farr, from what I can tell, is African-American, and Thomas Farr is white, so she's certaintly not his daughter, and I doubt she is related by marriage.

On her answering machine she ends with "God Bless" which is more of a Protestant saying, and is used frequently (especially with those churchgoing folks). Not to say Catholics don't say "God Bless" of course, but if she were inter-related with Thomas Farr, one would probably be required to be Catholic to fit into his family, when he is so heavily Catholic.

So I am thinking it is possible, not that I know for sure, Michelle Farr has no connection to the other Farr.

I am still glad I looked up and recognized the other Farr, because I wondered who he was and how he seemed to know who I was.

It may be that the hold-up with D.C. CPS has nothing to do with Hester (I know for sure) or Michelle Farr, but rather their General Counsel man who wanted to be involved and was the one disseminating incorrect information to everyone. The Tostino or Testino guy who wanted me to get legal advice from Catholic University.

I do not believe D.C. CPS has any agenda against me the way Wenatchee CPS certaintly does. And I find it telling that Wenatchee's Michelle Erickson tried to claim the latest hold-up was with D.C.--she said they were "waiting on" D.C.

I know Wenatchee was responsible for getting the ball rolling months ago and they knew I wanted to have services in D.C. and I told them this several times and they did NOTHING. I also know they were contacted by D.C. offices, and if there was any hold up with D.C., I do not believe for one minute that it was because of regular workers who have nothing against me, but that it was coming from their lawyers, who know their entire CPS departments are already at risk for being sued.

I have always been open to taking calls from D.C. CPS however, and no one has returned my calls, even once. I left that message with Ellen Walker over a week ago, and while she promises to return calls within 24 hours, she has not called me back, which makes me wonder about her. She was also the one to say I couldn't fill out a release of information form and then changed her mind when the ICPC guy came in and said I could.
