Olympia headquarters for CPS TOLD me I was legally able to leave the country with my child, if there was NO "Protective Order".
I left.
THEN, CPS TAKES my son away from me, and claims I was "running". I got legal advice from an experienced person at CPS headquarters, and then was punished for following their advice, and my son and I were traumatized.
They went way beyond the bounds of reasonable grounds. They had no grounds to remove my son, but did. And this is why they knew, from the start, they could be liable for a major lawsuit.

Not only that, the attorneys and CPS kept asking, "who did you talk to?" and "where?". I know it was recorded on state equipment, because before I posed the question and got the answer, it SAID it was being recorded.
I am quite certain Olympia has a copy of the conversation, and I'm also sure their lawyers are aware of it.
Also, that IS the law. They just ignored it and tried to tell everyone else otherwise.
