TTSOML #204: Woman's Shelter Rats In Canada

We weren't at the shelter long. A woman came in, who worked with children and she said my son had zero signs of autism but noted his speech difficulties. I told her I had been wanting to get my son in to see a speech therapist for evaluation and to also learn sign language.

I noticed, the first night, the "shock" happen to everyone on that side of the house. There were other women in the room next to us and they all woke up in the middle of the night and were talking, and my son and I woke up and we were in pain but maybe moreso because of the constant exposure.

Stupidly, I used the shelter's computer for blogging and email, and it was monitored. The women became concerned I think. What did us in though, was that I had my regular, on-schedule migraine, and it was very severe. I had a one-month supply of prescription narcotics on me, with the prescription, but they didn't help. I had to go to ER. I asked a woman to call for me and she wouldn't, and so I did, and she was trying to later tell the ER guys I was making a suicide or overdose attempt. I have no idea who the hell she was. I was NOT suicidal. I was having a migraine and she wouldn't call so I DID. They came to the house and I told them it was for migraine, and I and my son ended up at ER.
