Another Incompetent and Derisive ADA Attorney

I just received a comment from another ADA attorney. Interesting how the Department of Justice is bending over backward to read my blog and make comments to blame me for having problems in order to justify their own incompetence. I make accurate judgement and accusations about Cee Cee Allaway, and one of her colleagues decides to follow my blog and find something to fault me with. The most disgusting part is that this is a lawyer for Americans with Disabilities and he is a part of the problem. He ignores the fact I've been discriminated against because of physical disabilities and injuries, and tries to blame me for having mental problems which he has no way of evaluating. He is a lawyer. A lawyer for the ADA and the Department of Justice, not a psychologist or a psychiatrist and he spins his slant against ME to defend their organization. I'd like to know how many other disabled people have come up against a wall with the ADA, or if my case is unique, given the fact the ADA is a part of the Department of Justice, the same organization which told the Portland FBI to push my complaint of sexual assault under the rug. The same Department of Justice which recently had a member of the FBI or some other U.S. government agency, attempting to put me in jail on a sting for illegal immigration processes.

I am posting the remarks by "Jonathan" here, in a moment.

After receiving this, I want absolutely no part of the U.S. any longer. This country is going to hell in a handbasket, and is run by a bunch of morons and self-serving politicians whose only motive is to cover their own. Just when I think perhaps the tide is changing in my favor, I get comments from assholes like Jonathan.

You Asked "I'd like to know how many other disabled people have come up against a wall with the ADA, or if my case is unique, given the fact the ADA is a part of the Department of Justice, the same organization which told the Portland FBI to push my complaint under the rug."

Yes, exactly the same excluding the sexual assault. However, after two years and letters to the whitehouse.gov my case is now being resolved. Your case is not unique. This is how it works 1. You file and ADA complaint after your have exhausted every other avenue 2. The ADA delivers your complaint to the person or group (my case a university in Texas) 3. The person or group that you complained about demoralizes you as mentally incompetent (if it’s your employer they build a case out of performance reviews that are always done in pencil to erase the good marks) 4. The ADA Lawyer assumes that you are mentally incompetent and never takes your case seriously 5. You go to the FBI and you become the number one suspect and immediately under investigation 6. The ADA complaint then goes the Cee Cee’s group and they deny your allegations 7. You appeal, so they perform a bogus investigation as if they are appeasing a head case 8. You give up – But you have not given up, don’t give up. Write the whitehouse.gov use their web cite or write them a letter they will respond professionally to your concern because your case is not unique. The system is corrupt and the Justice Department knows it and has taken action.
