Disappointment in the U.S. Justice System

I receive responses like the one from the ADA, part of the Department of Justice, and it makes me angry, and then, aside from shock at the total idiocy of the conclusion made, I am disappointed once again in the U.S. This is the fucking DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE and they, over and over, make decisions like this, to protect other government workers and employees and shirk their duties.

It makes me ashamed to be an American, and convinced that they is no equitable remedy for damages, because unless you happen to have an attorney or a lot of money, no complaint is going to go anywhere.

The same Department of Justice that told the FBI to police their own people for crime, which was renamed and redesignated (facts ommitted and all) "internal misconduct", fails to hand down a normal response to a serious and valid complaint for which they directly have jurisdiction.

This woman, CeCe Allaway, is an idiot and should be fired from ADA intake.

I am finishing my OIG complaint and then I'll hand that one off to the Department of Justice. I'd like to see the intake response on that one, which NAMES the Department of Justice as colluding with the FBI, allegedly, according to Jerod Garth, in obstruction of justice in the concealment of a crime.

The Dept. of Justice, Garth said, told the FBI to keep it within the FBI, and it was the FBI that wanted to keep the whole thing under wraps, probably to avoid their own fucking liabilities.

The FBI had a responsibility to investigate their people, but when they received my facts, which made it clear that a crime had been committed, they were also obligated to turn their employees over to the Portland police for jurisdiction of charges of State crimes. They didn't do this. And if it is true that the FBI requested direction from the D.C. Department of Justice and were told to keep it a secret, then the Dept. of Justice is also responsible for obstruction of justice.

Just when I start to think maybe something could improve, or get better, I realize what sad shape the U.S. is actually in, and want absolutely no part of it. At least I'm collecting my own evidence of how the kind of employees the U.S. hires to "handle" crimes and complaints, and how they pick and choose when to enforce their own laws, and when to turn a blind eye.

I always want to play "Viva La Vida" when I get an idiotic response like this. The U.S. has become an arrogant and stupid, beefed up corporation of fools. No wonder the rest of the world hates us, or at least half of the rest of the world. No fucking way would I ever be a spy for the United States. And the problems the U.S. has now are the direct result of its failure to address problems like this before they get out of hand.

Total idiots for employees, and the sad thing is that people like CeCe Allaway get government salaries and benefits. Why am I smarter than the fucking intake person for the Department of Justice? I want to know why America has so many butt kissing idiots for employees.

I listen to "Viva la Vida" and think about my country as the engorged king of the world, right before it suffers a massive fall.

Face it folks. Canada is ahead.

The U.S. is falling behind. It is another fucking Rome about to lose everything, and poor Obama knows it. Good luck.

Oh, and I find it interesting that the ADA hands down their decision right after it's becoming quite clear I HAVE had all the physical injuries I claimed to have. It is indisputable that I have injuries which were not accomodated for, and for which I was mocked and ridiculed by government employees. I start collecting more documentation that proves I was not "delusional" and that I DO have these injuries, and the ADA knows there is a case, and yet hands down a decision like this.
