Valium

A small post on Valium...

I think it works better than Flexeril but why am I taking it? They all tell me it's for muscle relaxation but...hmmm. It's sort of funny because the bottle for Percocet
has instructions to "take _ times a day as needed for pain". The bottle for Valium says "take _ times a day as needed for (blank)". There's enough room to write something but nothing was written.

Take as needed for _________ (you fill in the blank).

Oh well, it definitely works at night. I didn't get anything done today that I planned on but I couldn't sleep and then I woke at noon. Horrible. I did pick up information on a social service thing to at least apply for Medicaid to wipe out some of my hospital costs and pay for my needed back specialist appointment. I got a new phone card too. I didn't have any money and then found a little in my bag--don't know where it came from. But it was enough for more minutes.

I decided I might try taking a Valium tomorrow during the day if I feel stressed out, just to see if it helps, but I've been reserving them for pain. I'm so tired right now, and took one, but I think it's because I've had many lost nights of rest lately so maybe I need a nap.

At any rate, I will make my Dr.'s appointment tomorrow and now I know where to go to get medical insurance. It's almost 5 and I'm taking a nap to then get up and work on a motion for medical abatement or extension and appeal for several things based on medical issues.
