Continued Abuse of My Son and CPS Negligence

I have reported valid concerns about my son. When my son had medical issues, every report and concern I made was valid. Of the numerous problems he had, which Michelle Erickson blatantly mocked and scoffed at, they were all legitimate.

I also reported concerns about my son and being thrown into a FT daycare. I heard my son screaming inconsolably over the phone and they did nothing. They're objective is not to reunite my son with me, it has been an unfounded allegation from the start, for which I was railroaded and for which my son suffers. My parental rights were violated and my son's rights violated.

For the first time, he experienced trauma.

I reported bruises--9 on one leg and 2 or so on the other and a pinching bruise, about 10 days ago. After reporting this, at the next visit, last Monday, my son was bruise-free. For the first time. Then, only two days later, my son showed up with bruises again. All new. He has 10 bruises on the one leg again, in the same type of pattern, and about 2 on the other leg. One of the bruises on the one leg with the multitude is up higher, on his inner thigh.

I looked at my son's rectum for the first time and it was red but I am not qualified to make any judgments about anything. I don't suspect sexual abuse but I have no way of knowing, because my son is out of my care and eyes.

CPS has had multiple warnings and reports from me, and they've done nothing and ignored me.

Now, I am able to show this pattern was there a week ago, resolved and back in the same manner? Sorry, but a child doesn't get all those bruises on just ONE leg.

Not only that, he had a deep scrape on his foot--the one on the leg with all the bruises. I asked him what happened, with no leading question. Just said, "What happene? How did you get your owie?" and he said, "Kicking." He said, in front of the monitor, that someone kicked him.

Then, what bothers me about this monitor, is she was making notes all this time and when I asked her if she documented seeing the bruises along with me, she said, no, she just noted that the "mother talked about bruises on the child's leg" like I was just bringing this up to my son, and it might not even be true. I did ask if she'd adnit on the stand, to observing these bruises and witnessing this and she said yes.

The monitor said things happen from playing.

When I went to police, the guy said I had to send him photos that I had, first, before he'd go out to document with police photos. He had initially said they were going out the next day and then after time passed, told me he had been waiting for me to send the photos to start anything. Why does he need my photos when he can make a statement on his own that says he saw the bruises, and he had a copy of my witness statement besides?

Time passed and he knew my photos weren't good enough and only showed some of the bruising and the resolution wasn't as good. All I had was a photo which anyone could write off as from "playing" and then claim I'm "paranoid" again and point to my statement.

The thing is, it's happened again.

I'm not paranoid.

Huh. Interesting. Kinda like, well...kinda like how I've NEVER been "paranoid" about my medical injuries from childbirth, my son's injuries from childbirth, and all the other things.
