The last or most recent post for Witness Statement was from my cousin who works for DHSH.
She is a mandatory reporter and she did not spare her own sister when she felt the children were at risk of harm. She reported on her sister, but with good reason.
She wrote a statement for me, in support, that she did feel my son was ever "at risk" of "imminent harm".
The house was a little messy.
CPS does not have the right to take a child from a parent because of a slightly messy house that is no danger to the child.
CPS took my son away because they had friends I was trying to sue for medical malpractice, and they didn't like my blog, or have the good sense to understand what was going on.
