To Whom It May Concern:

Ms. Garrett has requested that I write a letter of support for her regarding visitation with her son, Oliver.

I was the reference librarian at the Wenatchee Public Library for 3 years and previous to that was Branch Head Librarian in Cashmere. I have been aquainted with Ms. Garrett for the past several years and in all the times I have seen her interact with her child in the library, it was always with patience and caring.

I am not a personal friend, nor have I seen Cameo interact with her boy at their home but in my presence at the library, there was never any reason to assume that she was not fit to be with him.

I might go a step further and say that he always appeared well cared for and was an independent and capable toddler. I believe that was Ms. Garrett's doing.
