I got to the house after being gone all day and the business card that was missing was back. I home after 4, which is when she said she'd be home, and arrived after I did, she said, at about 6 something. The business card was sitting in the middle of a book, out in the open.
But the boots are gone. My boots are totally gone and it sort of looks like someone looked for them after me, but they're not there. These are my long black boots which I'd wear to any waitressing job. My housemate tried to say I had tennis shoes.
Tennis shoes do not cut it. I am missing my boots which I would wear to work and for interviews. I cannot wear tennis shoes or high heels to work or interviews.
I didn't sleepwalk out with my boots. My business card disappeared while I was still at the house and had just left the room for a moment and only my housemate (woman) was there, so I figured somehow she or I had pushed it under some papers. But my boots do not just go missing without great notice because there were two of them, they're large, and I had taken them off at the house and I wear them almost every single day.
The only thing I can imagine, is if for some strange reason, I left them back in Wenatchee, which is possible.
It IS possible that I left my boots back at the house in Wenatchee, now that I think of it, though I'm very surprised if I did.
I know for a fact that the business card was missing and then was back when I got home this early evening.
