Justin,

I scheduled my own neurological evaluation since CPS and no one else has done anything. It is with Dickinson on December 30th. I am also on the wait list to get in sooner if there are any cancellations.

I spoke with Luanda and she says she needs the order or "plan" from the court or Judge, to be faxed over to her and her fax number is 664-3405.

It is for a regular neurological head evaluation to determine if there is any damage and she said there is the option for PET scanning, which, I think, is the one which shows migraine damage if there is any.
