Cameo,

Congratulations on the job at the preschool. That is really good news.

I talked to DSHS this morning about your missed visit and Michelle told me that she would ask Sue about a makeup date either tomorrow or on Wednesday when you guys have your next visit. So it may be possible to make up the visit this week, I just don’t know yet. Make sure you let Michelle know who your employer is and what days you are going to be working.

We do not currently have a court hearing until March 24, but as I said, we can set a hearing on earlier if we have a legal ground to move the court for a modification of the current order. However, I need to receive the discovery from DSHS so that I can review it and determine if we have a strong legal background for doing so. If we do not, there is no sense in asking the court to change its decision, because the court already made up its mind at the November hearing and it would simply be a waste of our time to pursue the motion. Hopefully, I will have that information this week. Anne McIntosh told me that they were working on it, but apparently it is a very large stack and it was taking them some time.

I will talk to the department about the head exam and hopefully they will go along with it, we need to make sure that Dr. Dickson will do all of the tests that DSHS believes are needed so that we do not need to schedule any additional appointments. Good luck at the library today and I will email you again, when I get some more information.

Sincerely,

Justin W. Titus
