Energy

The energy felt okay all today but this evening, for the last hour, just very sad and something not right. A heaviness and sadness and just kept growing and now, I write and it seems somehow there is something mixed that is positive or very, very, strong, but something so very sad.

I'm just watching the Kennedy program. I didn't even know about half of the tragedies they went through. I didn't even know.
