Oh I may be nervous, but I realized, even though it was not a big deal at all, that I just need to avoid this kind of thing in general and have different habits.
I haven't had anything cooked by anyone in awhile and my energy has been coming back. At least, this is how I feel.
But, for the first time in a long while, I decided to take coffee at the Wells Fargo. The cannisters were both empty so the guy I usually see, to the right of the doors, he was kind enough to make more coffee.
But I thought, if I were in a different town, like Seattle, or who knows where, and I was just taking random coffee, I don't know that this is a good idea.
It may sound extreme, but given threats and what I've already been through I think it's actually very stupid for me to not get into the general practice of just bringing my own drinks, or whatever. So, I am going to try to do this!
