More Fraud w/ Washington State Unemployment Claim

I called about my employment claim this morning, not knowing for sure whether this is broadcasting or not.

I got a woman named "Connie", ID #254, who said I could use something besides my Social Security number to identify myself. I said I wanted to use something else. She asked why and I said it was because I might be web streaming and don't know for sure.

She said okay, she's use my birthdate and an address. So we made it past this and then she announced to me that she was only seeing ONE filed weekly claim.

I said "What?" because a couple weeks ago I had been left with 5 weekly claims and now this woman was telling me I had only ONE left. So someone was still deleting them! I even clarified whether she was talking about my unemployment claim in general or my weekly claims and she said she was talking about my weekly claims.

Then she wanted to know why I didn't want to give out my Social Security number and I said it was because I might be live streaming.

So she went off about how I had to get consent to record her call. I told her she wasn't on speaker phone so I did not need her consent. Even if I was on speakerphone, the law is against RECORDING audio, not in allowing others to be second parties to the conversation.

It is lawful to have someone on speakerphone or to allow others to listen in to the phone call, so that could even be the entire world. What is technically not legal, is the covert audio recording of such a call, without prior consent from the other party.

So she was upset, after she had just told me all about how I now only have ONE weekly claim filed and showing up in their computer system.

She put me on hold and after making give out more information, I told her all I needed was a mailing of all papers that had been sent to me, to a particular address where I pick these papers up by hand.

It's taking forever, just to get an order of paperwork mailed out to me.

I cannot believe this. Out of all the weekly claims I filed, I had about 3/4 of them just disappear and go down to 5. Then, now, I am told there is only 1. 1!

I have had so many problems with my unemployment claim it's not even funny. Or maybe it is!
