Phone Problems & Harassment

I just called Alvaro, who denied some things and then it didn't even sound like he was disconnecting the phone but it disconnected a couple of times. I don't even know why I'm calling except to find out what I can.

I first called someone who was a David Foley and out of Texas and I didn't know who he was but was trying to reach someone in particular, who deals with polygamy, because I figured I need someone to take on my case which is not only different but complex. So I called and just got a "good luck".

Then before that I called an atheist organization in D.C., thinking they might help someone who is discriminated against for political or other reasons, for being different or in retaliation. I got nothing.

Then, after I tried calling this other David Foley, out of Colorado Springs, who was the one that handled some polygamy thing, his secretary got my name and then she said she was putting me on hold and then deliberately disconnected me and I could hear it too.

So I try calling back and there was a long pause where the phone call wasn't going anywhere and then it ended up going to some totally different phone number that I did not dial, for "University Village" in Tempe, Arizona, and the woman answering was "Vicky" and sounded like she had been laughing but who knows what about because I had just somehow been connected to her. I played along, whether she or someone else knew I was playing along or not, as if I'd called purposefully and asked for a manager. No manager and no one else around. So she said it was "certified crime-free" and I asked questions and she said it was next to Arizona State University. I asked what phone number it was and she said 1-480-967-6665. I had called the law firm of the David Foley guy at 866-268-5403. Not anywhere close.

So I hung up and then I did cry. I cried because this is happening again and the last time someone was screwing around with my phone service when I was trying to make calls (then, to contact people I knew in Moses Lake), everyone was saying over and over "good luck" and I kept getting connected to wrong people.

So I just cried. I am fighting for my son and I am going to show there is no mental illness and only corruption and crime here, but I can't even get ahold of good people through telephoning because I get connected to other numbers.

It's interference and the same thing that happened before my son was ever taken, when we were both being harmed through some kind of technology that was black market or not in the environment, and then my phone service was screwed around with at the same time. This is the very same thing, and yet it happened a couple times on the East Coast too.

This is exactly what was happening when I decided to try to make civil rights or human rights complaints and when I was attempting to get FOIA on what law enforcement or government individuals have been involved in defaming me. It is also when I was trying to file OIG complaints.
