Computer & Re-routing of Phone Calls

I don't think it's happening right now, but all morning I've had problems with the computer doing the overheating thing. Not really bad, but enough to notice. Right now it's not doing it though. It stopped at some point.

I tried to call a surrogacy number and had my phone call re-routed again. Instead of getting the phone number that I dialed, I got this message:

"The number or code you have dialed is incorrect. Message seven. Switch five, six, three." That's exactly what it said and then it was repeated in Spanish.

There was nothing wrong with the number I dialed. I dialed a second time and got the right answering machine so there was nothing wrong with the number.
