This is the FIRST time I have ever seen one of these plans, because my lawyer wasn't showing me anything in the past, and said everything was unchanged but I never got to see what was being said about me.
I just got this plan review YESTERDAY and there are a ton of lies throughout, but what first caught my eye, is the section about drug and alcohol abuse.
Michelle Erickson needs to be fired.
She writes that I am still using marijuana and alcohol, "according to her blog". First of all, if she were reading according to my blog, I have already made it clear that not everything I write is factual and some is creative writing to ascertain things. Never has anyone verified what parts are true or false.
Secondly, I haven't even WRITTEN about drugs at all and I haven't used any marijuana, or said I have, for a YEAR. Yet she lies and writes otherwise.
As for alcohol, I have never abused alcohol and have only on a very rare, rare, occasion, used it.
I have not even been smoking cigarettes.
I think Michelle is lying about all of this, to make it appear as though I have drug addiction. It's outright lying. It's even lying that I can PROVE is lying because I can ask HER to point out WHERE in my blog I have ever said I am still using marijuana.
Why has my lawyer not gone over ANY of these things with me? Not ONCE did I receive a copy of these "plans" and what was said. I asked to see them too, and was just told all that's in there is information to continue as usual. I told him, "I might need to respond to things that are written" and he said, "No, there's nothing new, it's just a plan for visits."
Not only have these state workers been LYING through their TEETH, my own LAWYER HAS.
I remember reading in one of your blogs where you stated that you had obtained some drugs for bipolar disorder or something like that and that you got it from someone in the bathroom...maybe that is what she is talking about. And you did talk about how you liked the taste of Gin just the other day, so technically...she isn't lying...and if you are stating that you do your blog to document things that are going on or that are being done...that makes one believe that what you are blogging is the truth. Just a thought

If they are following my blog like they say they are, they would have read multiple times how i've said some parts are creative license and other parts fact. much is factual and usually, it's known and clear. but some of this, about the taste of gin or bipolar whatever...is obviously not even CLOSE to what she wrote in this report, and god knows what other reports. Michelle Erickson is a LIAR. She lies left, she lies right, and she has a fucking problem and issue with her own life, because of her need to lie. The only thing to save her, in my eyes, would be if she were acting like a lying bitch because she was getting discovery on others who are "worse" and reporting them to the FBI.
ReplyDeleteShe specifically wrote I was using marijuana and nowhere in my blog do I even come CLOSE to saying this. I also have never said I was drinking. I have described gin and the taste and even if I had ONE drink now and then, it is a far cry from abusing a substance.
She wrote, and signed, that I was writing about using marijuana. as for using a medication...i wrote that i did and then the next day said i had not been telling the truth. i had a UA a day later which showed nothing there.
not only that, she has told me and the court that I had "dirty UAs" when she knew I was on prescriptions and she was to get those records.
ReplyDeleteshe first claimed no one sent them to her. I just checked with the clinic and they said they got a request in APRIL of LAST year and they responded.
THEN, Michelle was lying and saying, no one could get the records unless I signed a release and she already knew she had a court order allowing her to get these records. So ever since, she's claimed I had dirty UAs when she knew there were records proving I had them prescribed for medical reasons.
i haven't even BEEN on narcotics since they gave me enough cortisone, bc finally I didn't have pain that necessitated their use like before. I haven't been on narcotics, for even medical reasons, for a YEAR.
but she is writnig me up with lies, and that's just the part about drugs and alcohol.
you know why they blocked my being able to document and audio record my visits with my son? Because these SAME fuckers that LIE about drug use are LYING about my interactions with my son and so-called mental illness and they don't want the TRUTH to bite them in the ass.
It doesn't sound wise to discuss substance usage whether made up or not, as people are reading and documenting it, as you state. You open yourself up to criticism when you write about it, and ther is no sense in creating more drama. What benefit to you gain from discussing these things? All I see is people criticizing you.
ReplyDeleteYou assert the social worker states you are "using" marijuana and alcohol. Where is she saying you "abuse" these? Use and abuse are very different. Did she state the word "abuse? You have UA's - is your getting custody predicated on sobriety? I also have read posts about your smoking cigarettes recently within the past weeks, and you have written about past drinking and smoking marijuana...again, not a good idea to discuss these things publicly, if you claim they are false; you assert them on your blog which will make anyone reasonably think they are real. I mean, who would lie about these things? That's what people will think. You said many times you will quit your blog - how has it helped you? I only see negative based on CWS's responses to you.
