My Phone Numbers Being Switched Again

I have someone messing around with my phone service again.

I tried calling my cousin in Spokane, Washington, and dialed the right number, from my address book, and I got a totally different number instead, for Alaska. Some woman named Cheryl or Sheryl from Alaska.

Anyone could check.

I dialed 509-868-0005 for my cousin, and when I got "Cheryl" from Alaska, I asked what number I was dialing and she said 907-978-9322.

And I burst into tears after I hung up. Because when I call the FCC they tell me to contact the Department of Justice, where I am transfered all over the place and made fun of by government employees.

I'm still calling the FCC because wherever and whenever I can document this, I'm doing it, and yet I go to tears because I know all of this has been happening again to intimidate me and to try to make me sound crazy.

Not even a mentally ill person would mix up those 2 numbers and this kind of thing has happened to me a lot and I don't believe it's normal. When I try to get help from someone about it, the people in the U.S. do nothing, I can keep a record.

I still need to do webstreaming so I'm able to show exactly what's going on. But the problem is, I don't want to stream from a U.S. company, for some obvious reasons. I may end up doing it anyway, but I'm looking at other options.

I have called the Federal Communications Commission and got "Lynette" and said I wanted to document another phone disturbance and got transfered to "Ashley" CTR,321.

"Mike" from FCC Pennsylvania, CTR 154. I guess the main call center is from PA and then it is D.C. headquarters above this.

I told her this was not a technical phone service problem and this kind of thing doesn't jump around and follow one person in particular, from one phone line in East Wenatchee a year ago to a phone line in Wenatchee now. I explained what is happening is a federal crime of interference and I'm tired of it and if it's not someone abusing their authority or somehow committing crime on the outside to harass me, it's someone from the inside in a government position that knows this is going on.

She checked with her supervisor Denise, at CTR #119. Her supervisor told her to tell me to call the local provider and then Public Utilities Commission. I said this was not the issue.

I told her this has been going on over the span of a few years, and my provider in E. Wenatchee was Verizon and they did nothing but mock to the point that I didn't even think I was actually speaking to Verizon people (it was in CA) and then now the provider is Charter and I have a different phone number and completely different location as well.

Problems, if they are "technical" do not jump around and follow a particular person.. I told her if this was the first time it had happened, of course that's what I would do, and that's what I did a couple of years ago. Now that I'm having this problem again, and it's the second time from this line, it is obvious it has nothing to do with technical issues and it is something which should be investigated.

It's tampering and interfering with federal services and if no one from a federal department will take it seriously, someone from their department is involved.

She said she couldn't help me there and what I had wanted to know is if the FCC investigated at all. She said no. So I said the man who properly knew where I should go, correctly told me to contact the Department of Justice (if I couldn't get through to local FBI or whoever, I can't remember exactly what he said).

This is harassment and federal crime, and if it's authorized by someone in a governmnet position, then it is harassment. I guess there are some agencies who still get away with crime or refusing to investigate crime and harassment.
