New Hall, Sutton, Coldfield

http://www.e-travelguide.info/newhall/

I guess this is it. What my grandma Davis was telling me was ours and lost. Well, this is the place her mother's grandmother or something was given a paper from the Crown, with a seal, to claim at some point. But the 1st cousin said nothing was there. So everyone wondered, because if it was nothing, why did they get such a formal notice from the Crown? but I guess this woman trusted her cousin and he must have sold it out or gotten paid not to claim and to lie or who knows what.

What was weird was reading about the Warwicks. Just a day or two ago Dionne Warwick came to mind but that's totally different but I wondered about it.

I really believe my grandma because she has all this documentation and went to England or somewhere with her sister at one point, to archives and collected more information on things. I don't think she would believe this unless there really was a formal paper that had been recently seen and re-examined.

Weird story though.

Some of the Warwicks went by a title and then "de Sutton" and I wonder if it was just sometimes shortened to Sutton. Why would this Mary Margaret be in line to receive it?
