I knew there was a reason my laptop wouldn't work and I was being harassed. I just NOW got the discovery from the state, last Wednesday, and they filed to terminate my rights.
At the last hearing which is how far my lawyer took the case--that firm held onto it all the way up to the last hearing.
My landlord held onto things and I had people going through my belongings until he put in a notice for me to leave on March 15th and then the state filed on March 24th.
They refused to give me discovery until last Wednesday.
I was also denied any representation or ability to file and then all of a sudden, the doctors in this town decided to harass me more about anxiety and tried to deny migraines.
So THIS is why these men and women were talking about "there's going to be rain." They knew I didn't know and wouldn't have known until yesterday.
