I have to amend my motion to include alternatives of "reconsideration" as well as New Trial. I also added a 4th point, to modify her order to allow visits with my son to continue at the state offices.
Otherwise, they will be at a police station and this is inappropriate for a young child. If someone is encouraging this, they would know this isn't in the best interest of a child.
