I have been trying to get the Wenatchee police to help me obtain my belongings and legal papers. All through the termination trial and leading up to it, for over 2 months I haven't had my legal papers or file, which was incomplete and had parts missing when it was sent to me, but at least it was sent to me.
When I told Judge Hotchkiss I didn't have discovery, I wasn't lying. I didn't even have what the lawyers gave me or handed over, because I hadn't been able to get my papers.
I went through a whole trial, being told I had to be pro se in May, at the same time I wasn't allowed access to my legal file.
Now, I'm ready to appeal if necessary, and the police are still refusing to help me when all they have to do is an "assist". They did this when I stayed at my grandparents place and 2 officers assisted as I picked up my things--a landlord doesn't have the right to keep them.
I suspect either the police pilfered through everything and took it all, or possibly, more incredibly, everything was dumped.
Instead of helping me get my things, like normal, Officer Wright told me Jim West told him to tell me I had to file for a "court order" to get my things. This is not necessary and it wasn't necessary in the past. They can ask the landlord if he has my things and then I can go get them and they assist.
I then panicked, because my son needs me and this is seriously affecting HIS life and rights, and I called 911 because it IS a life-threatening call when his LIFE is immediately affected by being out of my care and assholes trying to keep me from even having records to appeal with.
The Officer said why don't I call him and I said I wasn't going to call him when he vandalized my things and other property was stolen and I had other things happen. I said to Officer Wright, "Why don't you call ANNE MCINTOSH if you want his phone number?" and he said he wasn't going to call her and stop "playing games" and then pretended not to know who Anne was or what I was talking about. HE knew exactly what I was talking about. Anne and Steve were familiars.
So then Jim West told me I had get a court order when this isn't necessary and I should be able to pick my stuff up.
I would suspect my former landlord knew the Judge was going to tell me to be pro se just as he was telling me I had to leave (not an eviction) and as I was going to have Community Action back out on housing and discriminate against me.
These people want to fuck with me and my son, and then the cops are part of it and cover for them.
My son has been in danger for a long time as have I, and no one with real authority has taken over and stepped in.
