Maybe they're from town. There were a few cars immediately around this one which gave impression of group and being together.

Another, white jeep of some kind with blond man (dark blond) who seemed amused but I am not sure what his business is. No plates but a new paper for plates made in April of 2010 and numbers: 024909A . Maybe something before the zero, but if so, I couldn't read it at all.
