Book Readings

Today I tried to call about an apartment after the fiasco at the house with Sierra, who does her own psychic shit or knows people who do basically.

I got a few other things done and have a lawyer to call. I am waiting on legal help with the custody situation and on notice from courts for other things.

So I decided to get something dnoe that was sort of fun and do a book thing again.

I took a Bible first and it was a different one and only New Testament but I didn't know it at the time. So I opened up to 3 passages, about suffering and not hiding a light: Romans 8:18, Luke 8:16, and Collossians 1:24. I also was curious about the Hope diamond so I looked it up and thought, "It looks like Diana's ring!" I don't recall seeing it before and it wasn't in the illustration last night so I looked it up on wiki. Sort of a cool history, with the French Rev. & everything. But with the way the diamonds are around it, and how it is oval, the first thing it made me think of was Diana's engagement ring.

Someone had the table covered with books and moved them away except for a parks book and a wedding cake book. SO for fun I'll see what I get with what's here first.

I have a feeling I got a weird mish-mash today. It's better not to tell when you're about to do it so it's not jinxed. I felt last night the energy was very good with doing this and today, sort of mixed but we'll see.

Anyway, I very first one I got I paid attention to, and the last and the others are mixed in order of selection. I started with classics first and got "The Optimist's Daughter" by Eudora Welty. Then I almost saw it but didn't look and picked out "Good Kids, Bad Habits".
