You have been advised that you have a notice of appeal up here in the Clerk’s office to sign and they will file for you. You only have 30 days from the date of the entry of the order terminating to get that done. The Office of Public Defense, with the Court of Appeals, will assign you indigent counsel for your appeal. There is no lawyer assigned to your Douglas County Superior Court case, and will not be until such time as you appeal.

Sounds right to me. File your Notice of Appeal and the Appeal courts assign you an attorney. Whats so hard to understand about that?
