This is from a wiki page but not what is happening with my laptop overheating. However, the rules apply.

Any use of so-called "non-lethal" weapons is a violation of the Geneva Conventions. It may be, even if there is use of these weapons for "law enforcement" purposes. There may still be a question there.

However, when it's just random use, for experimentation or to harm others, it's flatly illegal. Which means those who have had any involvement at all, in using these methods on me or my son, to intimidate, experiment with, punish, or for any cause at all...are committing not only national crime but are in direct violation of the international code for protection of the rights of all humans.

You do not have the permission of the United Nations to torture people.

As for any other clearances I may be unaware of, I would not, if I were you, want to take any part in it. It is not only the director but those who act under the director who may be held responsible for these crimes. If there is no clearance to begin with, the situation is even more grave for those who will, and I repeat, WILL, be caught.

As for any kind of clearance from government or military groups or persons, I would not want to be in the position of having to follow those orders or taking part because it will not be covered by the UN if the U.S. doesn't intercede, there is general rule of law which even individuals have to follow.

I made a report to the police last night or the night before but for some reason, this time this group or person don't care.

This would indicate to me that someone is using this for purposes of intimidation and threat and punishment.

I think it's very strange that this mainly occurs at certain times.

For 9-10 days there was no problem. It wasn't until I made a post about something royal I think, or the engagement with Kate and Will that it started up again. The other thing that I brought up around this time, but which I had talked about anyway, was making my report about what was going on over here. Then I had the thing happen at church.

So it seems there are very specific times that my son and I are "punished" with this, aside from constant harassment. It happens if I say a word about the royal guys and who they're dating. It happens sometimes if I write anything about Di at all. And then it happens if I talk about trying to get accountability for what has happened with me and my son.

That is all. I can't think of anything else or any other time.

This does have something to do with U.S. but it's had something to do with others too. It is more like bad things happened and then it was covered up to be about something else and then made to look like gang stuff with reports going to military and others.

I have also never in my life had all these horrible things happen with zero oversight or accountability. No protection from anyone on any of these things. The theft and serious torture?

I think, really, I want some accountability for what was done to my voice. Those who got involved with that have some serious issues.

As soon as i say I will make a report, then it seems a lot of people came into town again, but a lot of them, more out of wanting to find out what I was doing, not really trying to help me or my son, but being self-protective.

I can't tell you how many people swarmed in when I mentioned Embassy of Iran.

Or when I brought up a few other things. I don't know why the Virginia spy-guy was so interested in me either.

Or, for example, this B.C. guy and what is his connection to the Elkhorn camper woman? Did some of the rich just get so freaked out they decided to pay for top psychics to start trying to keep tabs on me? or other countries brought in their people to sort of compete with me? that's great, if we were on equal playing territory and I were being paid.

My theory is that if some people were here and did nothing all this time, and then come in again, what is the point? It would seem to me that it's to check up on me and to start rallying people locally to do things which will make others who are out of the area, happy and feel secure.

My computer has had problems ever since I got it back from the Wenatchee police by the way. And maybe it was just a joke, to have some professional man driving into town with Virginia plates, and have me think something that wasn't true, but then again, I saw that man from Virginia drive by, right around the same time my laptop was not being released to me.

He had dark hair and Virginia plates and this was right after I was arrested for suspicion of having "stuff" or information to drop off somewhere. Of course my laptop was of interest. I proved right then and there that I was under surveillance and that I had been arrested bc someone thought I had some reaaaaally important information that had to do with the "11" or something to do with drugs. Then I see this Virginia guy (different VA man) driving by but if it had been someone important I would think they'd fly him in and he wouldn't parade around with VA plates. Why take a cross-country drive just to drive by me and harass me? He could have been any citizen at all. Still, my laptop was seized and searched.
