I'm sure they've changed the program name but I wonder how many teens get thrown into juvie these days, in order to experiment with them and use them for U.S. government research.
In Juvie, these kids have fewer rights than adults and all records are secret so no one can even speak up to say something is wrong, as a member of the public, if something is wrong.
I guess when the U.S. isn't kidnapping babies from mothers, or forcing military personnel to allow them to use their children for research by threat and torture, they arrest teens and force them to work for the government.
