I just had some idiots drive by, a whole car full of guys, with New Jersey license plates, hanging out of the window and laughing, staring at me. All of them. Every single one in the car was turned to face me as they went by. In their early to mid 20s.
In a sedan, it was about 10 minutes ago or less and they were heading towards the s. Courthouse direction. Most people are more discreet, but I noticed this and then I got a look at their plates. When it's out of town people, it makes me wonder more.
