Here is a copy of an email from Michelle Erickson, where she thinks she and her offices can email me for their own convenience, whenever they want, but not expect me to have the same right:

Dear Michelle,
Do not think you have the privilege of sending me email for your own convenience if you are not going to accept
any reply in return.
This email reply is being sent to you to inform you that I am unable to open the document you sent me, because
of the macro security levels the computers I use are set to, which I've no control over. I am unable to open it, and if you don't understand anything about macros, you should ask someone who does about it.
I expect reasonable notice to any and all hearing dates, and I expect to have them mailed to me, not emailed to me for your own convenience because you didn't get mailings done in time.
Again, do not send me further email unless you are willing to act like a normal human being and receive the same
in return, when emailing would be more convenient for me.
Additionally, I will not have phone conversations with you and I've told you this before. Any communication from
you or anyone in your offices should be made to me in writing. I will not accept phone calls from you or your office
when I am required to keep documentation of things you say.
I need whatever you just sent to me through email, to be mailed to me. Thanks.
