Please confirm, for me, that a hearing has been scheduled SPECIFICALLY to reinstate my right to telephone visitation with my son. I also want this request filed.
I will be asking two of the Avila family members to be present so I may take testimony from them. These individuals I wish to have present are Holly Avila's husband, Pablo, and their daughter Ivory. When you confirm I have a hearing set up for this matter, I will mail in some evidence to support my request.
Also, the stalling and delay by CPS, in this case, is inexcusable. I made countless efforts to get the ball rolling on services MONTHS ago and just TODAY Michelle Erickson called me to say "Hey, now we know." This is bullshit. They "knew" MONTHS ago, and had conversations with the D.C. office.
This is disgusting, and you're all being sued for it, if not by a lawyer, by me personally. What you've done to my son is sick.
