Just a few minutes ago, I got a message from Michelle Erickson in Wenatchee, Washington CPS offices. I contacted HER, and left a message with HER, from the Washington D.C. CPS offices, almost TWO WEEKS ago and she just now called.
She told me to call her to discuss services. I am NOT calling Wenatchee to discuss services with an imbecile like Michelle Erickson. She is such a dimwit, and made the stupidist comments in Fact Finding, I don't know why anyone would keep her on their organization except for a puppet. I am getting services in D.C. and will deal with D.C., not Wenatchee.
She told me she wanted to discuss "services" and that she just now found out I wanted to engage in services. She and everyone else in Wenatchee KNEW, MONTHS ago, that I was trying to get services started in D.C. They KNEW THIS and they delayed and stalled purposefully and NOT ONCE did anyone contact me, even when I left messages.
I also know for a fact that Hester and others from D.C. CPS contacted Wenatchee CPS with regards to my starting up services in D.C., and I did this almost TWO MONTHS ago.
I asked to get things started that long ago, because I did NOT want my son to be separated from me longer than necessary and I asked to begin the process immediately.
NOW, Michelle just told me they "just now" are starting the process, and that they are "waiting on D.C." to get back to them.
Washington D.C. contacted them MONTHS ago and then NO ONE contacted me or returned my calls from either office.
Now Michelle tells me I have a hearing on the 26th, regarding services and a "plan" which should have been started TWO MONTHS ago.
I am so angry about all of this, I am finally angry enough to start filing all the complaints I need to file. And I am getting a fucking LAWYER to sue these people.
She claims they are not processing the ICPC request because I am not "qualified" for a home evaluation because they are not considering placing my son in my home until I do "services" I tried to get started on MONTHS ago.
This has been a deliberate attempt to stall and delay, by both departments in both states, and has been damaging to my and my son's bond. Not to mention Wenatchee quit my telephone visitation, telling my uncle and aunt that it was done to get me to move back to Wenatchee. They cut off my son's visitation with me to COERCE me to have evaluations done by people THEY KNOW.
I am fucking putting that recorded conversation I had with D.C. offices online. I am getting my friend who knows something about electronics, to help me do it. It proves these departments have been intentionally fucking with me.
I'm filing the complaint with ADA and submitting all my medical documentation to THEM, and I am getting a fucking LAWYER.
And if I have to do it myself, I will file a civil rights claim against CPS, for deprivation of my rights, and I am in a town where law libraries abound.
After TWO weeks of being ignored, and stalling and being ignored for MONTHS, now they contact me, right when the two months time period is up. They did this on purpose, just as they refused to
MAIL ME DISCOVERY FOR MY CASE until after they WON, and not only that, after it was too late to file an APPEAL.
Now, I'm requesting an audio tape of the hearing I wasn't even allowed to be a part of, which is what set me up to be screwed, and they're all jumping into action.
Why? because not only do they know I will listen to their lies and expose this online, I will be giving this documentation to a lawyer and it is also necessary for filing any kind of case. It is evidence.
CPS ignored me for two months, until one week before the next hearing.
