D.C. CPS Cowards Refuse To Return My Phone Calls

Also, it has been over 48 hours (I am not counting the holiday when offices were closed) since I left a message on Ellen Walker's machine, asking for a return call to find out what was going on with the transfer of my case and expedition of "sevices".

Her answering machine states she returns all calls within "24 hours". It's been 3 days. One of those days was a holiday, but I expect, when someone gives a guarantee and promise to return calls within 24 hours, that it does not take longer than 48 hours.

I have not had a return phone call, even ONCE, by anyone from Washington D.C. CPS offices.

In the last 2 months, I've left multiple messages. I did finally talk to Hester once, but I had to keep calling until I got ahold of her, and then I do know she was sick in the hospital. I don't think it's Hester. I think it's her supervisors.

As for the guy by the last name "Farr", who came into my workplace and was condescending and treated me in a familiar way, he was white and about 50 years old or so.

Michelle Farr is the supervisor for both Hester and Ellen Walker.

Of course, we know their legal counsel seems to be the party that is giving all of the directions. If the General Counsel wanted to be involved right from the start, they obviously have concerns about this case.

And they SHOULD!!!! And they know it!!! But, I can prove they've taken no iniative to do anything about it, of their own accord.

It seems to me, that I will be dealing indirectly with the CPS legal team, not any of the social workers from CPS. In that case, lawyers, give me your damn address and telephone, and you speak to me directly.

You want to take charge? Quit hiding behind a bunch of women.
