Reminder Of Liability To Wenatchee And D.C. CPS

I would remind Wenatchee and Washington D.C. CPS and their lawyers, that whatever your attempts may be now, to stall and discriminate while I have zero representation, are going to be used as evidence against you in the future.

Your countless refusals to be in touch with me, attempts to coerce me into psych evals with a particular psychologist using my son as barter; your lies and discrimination against me, and your absolute lack of concrete evidence and "facts" and lack of jurisdiction for removing my son to begin with, will backfire.

The longer you continue to delay and ignore my requests, and treat me and my son badly, and infringe on our rights to be bonded as mother and son, the worse the damages will be.

Your inability to conduct any kind of proper investigation of your own, and your claims that you "never got" certain medical records which prove I have disabilities, will not be excused. You will be found negligent at the least, and guilty of intentional infliction of emotional distress if you choose to persist in this illegal case against me.

All I have to do is give those same medical records to the ADA, and show them how many times I asked for accomodations, and explain how you allegedly got releases and asked for "all" of my medical records, which you had no right to, to begin with and you know it was a violation of HIPPA. I was unrepresented and told to go pro se at the last minute.

You do not have an excuse for your claims that "we didn't know". I already have some evidence that social services in Wenatchee DID know and WERE aware of some of my disabilities and yet you discriminated against me anyway.

And now you bring in your GENERAL COUNSEL for CPS, all the way across the country even, knowing you are not in a good position, should any attorney take you to task.

You are also not in any kind of position to argue with the ADA.

You have discriminated against me and my son, and you did so willfully, and you continue to deprive me and my son of our civil rights.
