I took a nap yesterday and then still slept from 11 p.m.-6 a.m. or so and then went back to bed for a couple of hours until I got up for work. I got there at 10:00 a.m. and then I went home because someone else was covering, and when I got home, I slept from 11 a.m.-5:00 p.m. I tried to get up in the middle of the "nap" a couple of times and couldn't budge.
I don't know that a true 6 hour nap is really a "nap". There must be another word for extremely long naps. Is it only siesta? I don't know.
Anyway, I've been on my feet a lot and really tired, so this is what happens I guess.
