I just found something out, that I am not alone. I found out today that Sgt. Moore and Mathison are claiming they went out to take photos of my son's legs on the day I reported 10 bruises on his right leg and two on his left leg (and the scrape) and they are claiming there are only two bruises total. They said they closed the investigation, and kept telling me over and over to give THEM MY photos of what I've documented.
They mocked me and said there would have to be a "conspiracy" for them to cover this up and then asked me to get mental health counseling, in a condescending tone. At the same time, over and over, they kept telling me they wanted to see my photos.
I said I wanted copies of their "evidence" and their photos and asked if the photos are dated and if they went out the same day that I reported things a second time. I asked if I could have copies and first they said yes and then said no, only if I gave them MY photos.
Jerry Moore is the same guy I first reported abuse to, who promised me he was going to go out the very next day, but he never did. He lied and time passed, so the bruising went away, and then he claimed falsely, that he couldn't "start" an investigation until I gave him MY photos. This is not true and he knows it. He let time pass.
Not only that, I got a bad feeling, eebie-jeebies from him. He went on and on about wanting to "help me" but kept asking if I'd had a psych eval. When I finally left and shook his hand, it was almost wet. He was nervous.
He may have been nervous because HE was one who was trying to get shit on me when I was in Wenatchee last. He lied to me last time, and I remember this, and then later saw how he wrote things up. It was HIS department and HIS work that was used against me.
Both HE and Mathison tried to make a case for spanking of kids placed in foster care, by foster parents, or even kids placed temporarily in shelter. He said it was the right of other parents to spank others' kids and he defended CPS.
Not only that, for whatever reason, Sgt. Moore was trying to say that he had been alone when he helped me get my belongings from my grandparents house. I don't know why he kept trying to insist this, because he was NOT alone. There were two men, and I remember the dark brown haired officer being the one to help and telling me to call him if I ever needed help again. I tried to go to him, because he was with Wenatchee police. On the night I was arrested by CHELAN police, improperly, on false arrest for supposedly "assaulting" Granny, I had gone to the Wenatchee station first, because it had been someone from Wenatchee police that had helped me. I don't remember Moore helping at all.
I am wondering if the Chelan County department wants their own defense against me since I've been told they could be liable for harassment of me, profiling, illegal search, and for false arrrest by three of their officers. It was false arrest, by all accounts and I've been told I could sue the state for it because there was absolutely zero evidence and not even witnesses or witnesses statements.
Sgt. Moore was in charge.
Not only that, I met another woman or WOMEN, on my way out, who told me they were getting the exact same runaround by Jerry Moore and another guy, and they said Moore was defending the state, which refused to take seriously their reports of not only physical abuse (burn marks which they documented with photos) but also, of sexual abuse of a 16 year old.
Their 16 year old is being sexually abused and burned, and they have been trying to report it and they told me, Sgt. Jerry Moore and the other officer were dismissing it and claiming the burns were from something else and not investing or charging for sex abuse. The state worker who has tried to cover it up, along with police, is a Maureen-something.
