Termination Of Parental Rights

It hasn't happened. I wrote that it was going to happen last court date but it didn't. I found it interesting, though, the level of harassment I got from some. And mockery from those who, I guess, really thought that was it.

It's not. I have every right to have my son back and I have good documentation of things that have been done which were violations.

I still have people working against me, but my legal rights are still, at this point, intact.

I am supposed to be "progress". I have no substance abuse issues so now they just want to say mental illness and they claim it's my fault I've not had a psych eval, but it's not my fault. The last woman I agreed to see, I communicated with for a month and a half and she changed everythign on me last minute. Debra Neuman. A real winner. Sorry, but anyone who strings me along like that and then drops me at the last minute doesn't win my affection or favor. I tried to go to her anyway, telling her, fine, I'll sign your "gag order" or confidentiality statement and she refused. I told her I didn't have time to find another psych and even after what she did, I was still then willing to adapt myself and go with her, just to do it.

She refused.

She strung me along, with CPS, for a month and a half and then dropped me right before the last hearing and then refused to see me when I even agreed to her
conditions.

I don't have respect for that kind of behavior and feel it's absolutely unprofessional. I was direct with her, and had several email exchanges asking for details and specifics for the way she conducted evaluations and then I kept trying to make plans to schedule. It's almost like she or the state just wanted an excuse out.

Like, well, if we're not safe making up shit about Ms. Garrett, let's just back out on the eval at the last minute and say it's her fault. A different way of screwing me over. Ever since I tried to go to D.C. there were delays and stalling on setting me up for an evaluation. I think this has been the primary strategy--that if I didn't get screwed over with a Wenatchee evaluation, they would be sure to keep the clock ticking and hope I ran out of time.

There is no excuse for Ms. Neuman's behavior, or the behavior of the state, in preventing me from getting the "service" they claim I need.

I asked them to set this up, a half a year ago and they didn't do it. That is not my fault.

That is directly a liability of the state, for not providing ACCESS or reasonable access to the services they claim I need, which I don't need anyway and which they know I don't need.

If they can just win this by avoiding having me evaluated by someone who may be competent, this is their best bet at avoiding further liability.

Nice job AG. Nice job CPS. Nice job Debra Neuman.

These people will lie outright and do anything it takes to win.
