Termination is only appropriate where all services have been offered and there is no remedy.
I have been told I have to see a psychiatrist and yet no one from the state offices, or my lawyer, has ever given me a name of someone to go to, or an appointment time. Never.
So, they just plod torwards time running out and then want to claim there is no remedy in time, when they never provided TIMELY services in a REASONABLE, timely manner.
I sent my lawyer email asking what was next, after I scheduled my MRI myself, and he said nothing. I have left voicemail messages with Michelle Erickson and Jennifer Godfrey, for the last week, asking them to let me know or let my lawyer know a name of someone and they have not done anything and have not returned my phone calls even though I gave them a phone number.
I left a message with Erickson and Godfrey yesterday morning and then Erickson today before noon.

I am trying to figure out how to sue the shit out of some people and get my son back. I don't have enough time to be involved in groups.
