Law Firm Illegally Obtains My Medical Records

I told this law firm I'm with, and I sent them an EMAIL, specifically telling them I did NOT authorize THEM to receive my medical records from my head exam.

My lawyer, Justin Titus, who has done nothing for me or my son, did not even try to arrange for a head exam. He did nothing. I set it up myself. I paid for it myself. I did NOT sign a release for HIM to receive these records. I also specifically told him he was BANNED and his FIRM was BANNED from receiving these records.

He took them anyway, last week, and opened them up and shared them with others, and his excuse to me over the phone today was, "I need to see them so I can help you."

I specifically FORBADE him and that firm from getting those records and I found it odd that he became SO interested in them after I blogged about harm to me that came to me in Bainbridge and Seattle but was never interested in them before. He has NEVER been helping me in this case, not for over 4 1/5 months.

He and that firm wanted these records for their own personal discovery, not to "help" me.

That much was clear, and that was WHY I did NOT want them having my records.

He deliberately and intentionally disobeyed my instructions and took my records anyway.

He had no legal right. He did not have my consent. He did not pay for them. He did not even order them.

I told some people today, "I hope they go under." I absolutely do. I hope that law firm goes under and out of business or bankrupt.

I had also wanted to know why he wanted me to think he was Jewish. I asked him and he denied ever saying this and his secretary too. He didn't deny that he was, or not, but denied he said this. One way or the other, it doesn't matter except for as WHY he would want me to think this.

Not only that, he is connected to Oregon, where I first had problems, and I suspect that when he went on "vacation" he took my records and information over there. I have known intuitively that he shared my medical records and other with some group but I didn't know who.

He wanted those head exam records for discovery for people he knows are dirty. He, afterall, was one of the individuals who actually used a non-lethal weapon on me in a meeting. People HE is associated with are not going to be good people, or ethical people.

This is so outrageous, he not only refused to HELP me get the head exam to begin with, he then was totally disintered until I started blogging about evidence from MRI, of what happened in Seattle and Bainbridge. All of a sudden he was very eager to get my records and his secretary rushed in to have me sign a release.

THEN, after I sent an email immediately withdrawing my consent, and they KNEW it was against my wishes, they went again and received them anyway, and opened them up and shared this information.

It seems to me that this entire law firm and Justin especially, who is from "Seattle" and Oregon, are involved with people who tried to harm me even in Oregon. This is why he never wanted to help at all. He's had dirty motives from the start.

And then, he tries to JUSTIFY illegally receiving and opening and perusing my records. He had NO legal right and that firm has NEVER been interested in "helping" me.
