Beer Boobs

I think beer must be a natural boob enhancement.

I know it's recommend to increase milk production in nursing mothers, but I am wondering if beer not only affects weight in women, but their breasts, and if this also applies to men who are not working out a lot. Is it possible for a man to get boobs from beer?

I think beer increases estrogen production somehow.
