Because, I'm discovering, State officials have made sure I couldn't get into housing and was forced to stay with people they knew so they could have them steal from me.
It wasn't just the last couple of people I stayed with, who yelled at me and were abusive and kept me up all night to cause sleep deprivation. I had things stolen from me, evidence, from police in this town as well as housemates and I'm finding they were all connected to either police or state officials here, who tried to turn around and then say it was my fault, when they were illegally colluding and setting me up to begin with.
This current visitation monitor has not been fired, even though in her care, my son has come into visits throwing up all over himself, and telling me Anne put his shoes on backwards and he always looks over to her and for her approval when he's answering my questions. He is afraid to say the "wrong thing" around Anne.
Anne gave my son something that caused him to throw up upon arrival to see me. He was wearing this red outfit and my son came in throwing up blue vomit.
Anne also is the one who has told me my son keeps complaining about something sticking him in the back and have I noticed? like, in a demented way, she asks if I've noticed.

She tried to keep my son, a 4 yr. old from telling me the truth, that ANNE had put his shoes on him backwards, and my son was so quiet that day.
I have a right to have these visits monitored by audio recording and I'm getting out from Hotchkiss to get this approved. This is illegal, to block objective documentation of crime and intimidation and what my son has to say in these visits. The monitors have lied throughout all their notes, to benefit the state.
