Definition of Exploitation and/vs Extortion

I first posted the definition of exploitation and then the one for extortion. Exploitation, apparently, is usually putting someone at unfair advantage for selfish reasons, against another person. Extortion is, interestingly, the use of ones "official position" to commit an illegal deed. I suppose that would include kidnapping. It is also using intimidation and official position against others.
