"Pro Se" against will

One of the hazards...

Would be that even if I were to try to submit something last minute and serve all parties, I cannot even afford to do it, in the position I was placed by this community and the Judge.

I told the Judge I at least needed resources for copies and mailing to serve people and that sort of thing, but this was denied.

I cannot properly file anything without money or resources to accomplish this.
