Contacted Lawyer & My Other Lawyer

I tried to get in touch with a lawyer. I was referred to him so I hope he can seriously help and I'm hoping to work on things right away.

My son has not seen me for almost 2 weeks now and after ALL of the State's disgusting claims about my abandoning my son for any missed visit, for his safety or whatever, they have completely denied him the right to see his mother at all. If I missed the visit, I am terrible, even if I'm being poisoned and trying to protect my son by not coming back until it's safer. But they think they can block my visits.

I am trying one more person and that is it. I have the right to a lawyer for Termination proceedings right now and if I had someone halfway decent, I wouldn't blog a thing about it.

So far, I haven't even heard from my lawyer who is supposed to be representing me on the supposed violation of the restraining order I was attempting to have terminated. It is now August 11 and I supposedly have trial on the 19th and I've emailed and asked that someone get in touch with me about things and I don't know what's going on. He may still be talking to the prosecuting attorney, bc that's what he said he was working on, but I haven't heard a thing yet.

I went into the office, in person again, 2 days ago and was told to make yet another appointment. ? So I said, could he email me or what's going on bc I have gone into that office to wait for him or meet him at least 4-5 times now and I've emailed too. I am waiting though, on the idea that he is still trying to meet with the prosecuting attorney about dismissing the whole thing.

So far, I have not heard a word.

If people are just delaying and stalling so that this falls through the cracks, it's not wise. If anyone thinks that they are just going to sit back and get paid through cash or favors to wait and watch for me to go to jail on something I didn't do and shouldn't be charged for at all, when they committed crime to begin with, I don't think that this is wise.
