Department of Education

A woman named "Mary" from Direct Consolidated loans called yesterday and said she sent the verification letter to DCS and that they confirmed it was correct and the matter was now before "funding" in their offices.

It was 11 p.m. or so when I called her and and there was no reason why they couldn't get a check out today.

But again they're stalling.

She was very nice and polite. However, something like that should have been, and could have been, done the same day and they stalled.

When they make mistakes as they've made and I suffer from it and am unable to get into college because of it, they should making that a priority to fix and correct.

She tried to say "funding" was busy and I was in line with a bunch of other people and those other people didn't have mistakes made on their accounts that blocked from the college. So if they had DONE what they should have done, my consolidation would have been complete at least 1 month ago. Which means, to make up for the time they wasted and how they deliberately tried to sabotage MY LIFE, they should making the correction an immediate top priority.

It should be moved to the top because it would have already been taken care of months ago if they'd not screwed up intentionally.
