Amy Bishop Update

Just read the CNN report this morning about her. Nothing new except her husband is home.

I feel her shooting of her brother is relevant in some sense, but I also feel it's very prejudicial. It is really being used to prejudice her case and make her sound like she's always been nuts and no one caught it.

I know there are cover ups. Absolutely. But if her mother said it was an accident, who can say differently? The officer wasn't there. If there were a few shots fired, one in the ceiling, it sounds like she didn't know how to handle a gun. No one has mentioned her age at the time. How old was she? Had she ever handled a gun before?

If it wasn't filed, you can't dig it up now and use it for this new case. It would be a juevenile matter besides.

Why haven't police decided she is the only suspect? It doesn't make sense to say she is the shooter and she's just nuts and always has been maybe, and then to say "others" may have been involved. She was the only one holding the gun, so what others? and why? If there were others, it would be a matter of just losing it, it would be more like something else was going on that goes a lot deeper. I'm not sure why they think there would be other suspects unless the motive has something to do with government stuff possibly.

I still want to know what the issue with her eye is.
