Dan Gatti and The Mike Nichols Family
I don't know how lawyer Dan Gatti is related or connected to the family Mike Nichols was adopted by, but he is.
Dan Gatti is a lawyer who I was told to see when I had problems with town police over Mt. Angel Abbey. It never had anything to do with Abbey property, contrary to the Willamette Week article, which lied, defamed me, and refused to print the retractions even with evidence I provided.
Dan told me he was taking my case for a civil lawsuit but then I thought it was strange how he kept querying me about Mike Nichols.
I really don't know that much about Dan Gatti, and most of it probably doesn't matter anymore, however, because his firm played a big part in what happened at that time in my life, which was a crucial point for me, I can now say that in hindsight, his involvement and connection to the Nichols was not in my favor.
It makes me afraid.
For one thing, I don't know how Greg Smith is factoring into all of it, but he is as well, and this made a big difference in how I was treated by medical professionals, FBI, and others.
My concern about Gatti and Smith's interest in the Nichols man who tried to kill me is this: He tried to kill me. Mike did. Mike Nichols tried to kill me and didn't mind if he killed himself in the attempt.
Mike was born in Canada and adopted by the Nichols family, which works for the FBI.
Here is the part I never forgot, which I always remembered and wondered about...
Dan said I had a case and he was taking my case UNTIL he asked me if I wanted to try to go after Mike Nichols family because the statute of limitations hadn't expired and what did I think about it?
Dan asked me this question after I had tried to get police to change their report from "accident" to "homicide attempt" or "attempted manslaughter" and explained to them how Mike had tried to kill me and hijacked my car. I wasn't the one who called it an "accident"--the police did and I reported all of the facts honestly and accurately from the first, every time around. What I realized was that my facts actually fit attempted manslaughter or vehicular something or other. So I had tried to tell police and the police refused to change anything, add anything, or press charges or make a report. He was dead, but it was still important for the record to note what had actually occurred.
I never thought I could sue for, or receive more than $50,000 from the PIP that was there. I never thought of Mike Nichols' parents or his being a dependent. It never crossed my mind until later, several years later, Dan Gatti brought it up. I said what do you mean, and he told me, "You could sue his parents. This $50,000 isn't enough. Do you want to go after his parents?" and he told me to think about it when I said I wasn't thinking about that. Then after I thought it over more and realized I might have much worse problems in the future than I could afford, I looked at the statutes because Dan had said, "Oh, the statutes have expired." So when I got curious, I looked it up and the statutes were not expired.
I thought Dan would be happy to hear about it.
Instead, he got this weird dark cloud that went over his face and from that point on he made excuses for helping me file any lawsuits at all.
I knew, in that minute, that something about suing the Nichols bothered him, and yet he had been the one who was, as it turned out to be, playing pretend. He was gauging my reaction and interest in suing the Nichols family and when I later said I was interested, he acted like they were his best friends and he then used Greg Smith and himself to say I didn't have a case afterall.
I had a case. And then if I wanted to sue Mike Nichols' family, I "didn't have a case" against Mt. Angel Abbey or anyone in police who were smearing me and committing crimes against me.
So by now, it seems obvious there is a problem.
Someone actually tried to murder me, Mike Nichols, and I gave Gatti the same facts I gave everyone about it. He wanted to protect a murderer and turned against me when I said I thought I wanted to try to sue his family.
This was before I ever filed any lawsuits.
Greg Smith and Dan Gatti protected Mike Nichols and the Mike Nichols' family, which means they are connected to that family by business or a personal relationship. Mike was from Canada and adopted in the U.S.
How much more shit does the FBI want to take?
Oh, that's right. They did inject me with Haldol for over a week to try to make me forget everything, didn't they?
Then later, on the Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon's side, through a lawyer I saw, they offered me $40,000 just for the Mt. Angel Abbey and their part in defaming me to police and other things they knew were wrong. If you notice, $40,000 is the amount "Camille" asks for, as a loan, in the movie Stephanie Maiers wanted me to watch in Moses Lake.
CA-CHING
Both Robin Bechtold and Tony Roos, Roos who tried to kill me in 1991-1992, had something to do with the Abbey because later someone was imitating the truck driving by when I protested in the town. Then it was Mike Nichols. I had already been raped, by that point, by Josh Gatov, and was being mocked already, and had been "sick" as a girl, and the Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon decided to come up with that number.
And then they wouldn't budge from it or be flexible. So they went for defaming me on top of already knowing what they had done was wrong.
It was like sin adds to sin adds to multiply times 7.
If I found out my Dad or someone was coerced to make the offer of $40,000 and then was being extorted to pay it out, with the pretense the "Archdiocese" was doing this, that would be one thing. I would have taken the $40,000. But if it's coming from those who are really responsible for things, I did not think $60,000 was too much, and it wasn't, and then Katie Middleton went from the 4th floor to the 6th floor and how many priests asked for booty shots for the favors later? It's not like they don't know Chris Dabney or anything.
The Archdiocese already knew who I was, about my history, and who was involved and they knew I didn't know.
So when I say it concerns me that Dan Gatti and Greg Smith were Mike Nichols-The-Assassin supporters, I have a very good reason to be concerned.
These things set me up for failure and they used the FBI and the FBI took part in obstructing justice. So did the police, because I went back to them 3-4 times in the last decade about changing the report to what it really was, and they have refused.
It is time to re-open that "dead" case.
CREAK.
OUT COMES MIKE.
Me to Mike: "You're not in Canada anymore Mike."
Mike, to me: "Where am I?"
Me, to Mike: "You're in HELL Mike. HELL."
The U.S. is going to correct their falsification of reports.

Correction To Last Post (Detective Grose Refused Rape Report)
I accidentally wrote something wrong in the last post. I'll remove it until I can clear those sections.
I said I got very sick after having champagne with Alicia Peters and that it was after this I was raped by Josh.
That is not the case.
I had gone out for a drink on rare occasion by that time, which was after 2003, because I was going to PSU then.
I was raped by Josh Gatov when I was a virgin and didn't ever drink at all. That was in late 1998. I had a small dixie cup worth of wine, but it wasn't a date rape of "drunkenness"--it was because of his force. I was forced, violently, and for Detective Brian Grose to say "he seemed like too laid back of a person to do that" his own daughter should be raped and then maybe he could have his job back after he tipped him off to leave the country to avoid prosecution. Detective Brian Grose knew Robin Bechtold, and people who knew him, and when he learned I was including Robin in my rape report, whether that affected his treatment of Josh or not, I don't know.
The Detective had a motive to lie and tip him off, to drop the rape charges, or he wouldn't have done this. When I tried to report Robin Bechtold's rape of me anyway, because he was still in the country, Detective Grose refused to take my rape report.
Robin raped me 2 years after I was raped by Josh Gatov, and there were witnesses to the incident at the time.
Robin Bechtold's brother Nathan is a Oregon State cop, like Stacey Stubblefield's husband was at the time. She moved, with her husband, to Washington state after I did.
My report of rape by Robin was not taken by Det. Gross. He also tipped Josh Gatov off to leave the country when I told him I wanted to include it.
I believe this was because he already knew it would come out they were connected to eachother. It also made a stronger case for me because I had only even kisses one person until I was 24 years old and then I was raped and the next time, it was another rape that was premeditated by Robin, who was connected to Josh Gatov.
Detective Grose obstructed justice, and when I tried to pursue the complaint about Robin at least, and track down Josh's whereabouts in another country (there was no reason they couldn't make an inquiry with another country) Gross told me he wouldn't do it "Now that the newspaper article is out about you" (by Amy Roe) and told me, sneeringly, "Why don't you buy a new coat."
Recently, when Detective Grose called me at my house, in 2011, claiming to take a report about Josh, he made it all about Josh again, and didn't refer to Robin Bechtold once, and then after using it as an opportunity to harass me, he said the statutes were expired.
I don't think the statutes have expired when police obstructed justice and evidence, and illegally interfered with a criminal prosecution of 2 rapes.
Later, Julia Thornton with the FBI did the exact same thing to me, telling me she would take one kind of report from me, but not another of a situation where crimes had been committed. The Portland Police and FBI were picking and choosing what crimes to cover up for, and they ended up covering for all of them, because both Josh Gatov and Robin Becthold worked for them.
So I had that correction to make to my last post, and the comment or scripture about meeting a mother bear, I remembered because it was a scripture verse my Dad repeated all the time when I was a kid in Moses Lake, WA. He used to recite different verses and that was one of them.
I didn't go back to a different chapter in the Bible because it was a pattern approach, or "code", it was something I remember from my childhood and because the reference sounded close to it, it came to mind.
Amy Roe also works for the FBI, and is part of the "change" people who wanted me to change, and to "change" my story to their convenience, and if I didn't, they changed it for me. She was paid money for her article defaming me, not just by Willamette Week. It was used to smear me as sounding sexually promiscuous, or unstable, as a defense for the Portland FBI and Portland police to use to defend Robin Becthold and Josh Gatov and then they resorted to tipping Josh off to leave the country and telling me they were not taking my report about Robin.
I did go out with Middle Eastern men before Josh Gatov raped me. They were different ones, and I went with Halea Meyers and there was no alcohol and they were Muslim (one from Iraq and one from UAE). I tutored some as well. Josh raped me after I had gone out with them.
The other Middle Eastern men that I went out with, with Peters, were years later (I think Saudi and UAE) and we had champagne for the occasion and I wasn't drinking at all except for rare special occasions and so I did.
At first Detective Gross said he was taking the reports about both Josh and Robin, and then he waited until the newspaper article came out, which was after Josh had left the country, and said, "Not now".

TTSOML #139: Attempted Rape & My Attempt To Press Charges Against FBI
Two different things happened, but the one thing informed me about the second thing. A man who was staying in the house with my neighbor, Ricardo, tried to rape me. I went through hell trying to get this taken seriously. He made enough mistakes in the hearing that the Judge believed me and awarded a restraining order, even though police refused to do anything. I had gone to the ER for the rape kit and had photos taken as well, of the vaginal area, which disappeared from Wenatchee evidence and storage. With him, it was a forced attempt and I wasn't intoxicated at all. I tried to get away and he held me down until I screamed and kicked and moved out from under him.
The Wenatchee police refused to charge him with anything. They also refused to help me with a restraining order. I had to get help from an abuse organization to file a restraining order.
It happened after the wedding shower for Steph, a couple of months later, and Christa was telling me not to report it. I reported it. She knew I had photos taken as well and then all of a sudden they went missing. It was sometime after this that she was telling me she was writing a book which featured Mexico and how it was about a single mother who was gang raped and then had to leave her baby for other people to pick up as she died bleeding to death. This was when she wanted my book to "edit" and asked me to send all my rolls of film to her in NYC and she'd have them developed (after I told her one of them had the photos of her on it, my only pictures of her, standing next to my house).
After what I went through with police and the hospital, which I'll detail in another post, I went to a domestic and sexual assault organization in Wenatchee, and they sat with me as I obtained a restraining order against him, so he had to leave the house. I was still living in the house in Wenatchee with the nosy landlords, and they said they couldn't kick him out unless there was a court order.
It was while I was talking to someone at the assault place, that I learned what date rape was exactly, and the laws regarding "consent". I didn't even know about the law regarding intoxication and consent or what constituted harassment, sexual harassment. This counselor looked it up for me when I was just relaying my history and she said, "It sounds like assault" with regard to what the FBI guys did. She looked up some things and said that my description matched the Oregon statutes for Sexual Assault in the 3rd and that if they were convicted, they'd have to be registered sex offenders.
I suddenly wondered if this was why the Portland FBI was telling me not to tell anyone about it, and that it was just "misconduct" or a possible internal affairs/abuse of position matter. I found out, the people to tell, would be the police. It was their jurisdiction to press charges.
I felt the FBI had not only concealed their FOIA records from me, but that they had concealed crime.
I was still within the statutes to file a report. So I called Portland police from Washington state. It took awhile and then I was put through to, eventually, Sgt. Rich Austria. At first Austria seemed nice, but then I realized he had his own agenda and that was to get the FBI guys off.
I told him the facts, and he wanted to change the facts, and write up his own version.
He told me maybe he could see a misdemeanor, but not actual assault. He wanted to take out the whole part about how I was intoxicated. He said, "I can't prove you were intoxicated." I asked how they did it in other cases, because I was clearly drunk, and they knew it, and the waitress at Berbatti's could verify and he could check the receipts and find out how many vodka sodas and then rounds of tequila were ordered. He kept saying he couldn't prove it. I said, "Well how can you prove I was "groped"?" Austria was trying to tell me he couldn't prove I was intoxicated, but that he would accept I had been groped.
It is the same burden to prove either one, and now that I look back on it, I think he wanted to try misdemeanor and put out something that could be easily refuted, with maybe something like: "Yeah, she was groped, but she liked it." Or, "Yeah, she was groped, but allowed us to and didn't force us to leave her apartment." They could claim to have pursued justice, and then let the guys off.
I had almost never in my life been as drunk as I was that night, and I was completely unable to consent to ANYTHING and these guys thought it was "cute" that I was "drunk already" after ONE drink. And that was before having shots all in a row. I told him he could contact all my friends and family and have them testify as to how little and how rarely I drank.
Austria was dishonest. He refused to take the facts, without trying to change them. I said to him, "You either take all of the facts, or you don't take them at all."
He said he'd write up something to send to the Prosecuting Attorney and I told him, "NO!" I did not trust him to write HIS version of the facts. I told him I wanted to write my own statement, and that I'd mail it to him.
He went against my wishes and wrote his own statement anyway. He filed it and waited for it to simply be dismissed. I never got one thing in the mail from the Portland police.
I called and asked for a copy of the record and they were going to charge me an arm and a leg. I couldn't afford it. I went then to victim's advocates, with the Prosecuting Attorney, and the woman had some odd name and was completely rude to me. She promised to get back to me and didn't. So I went to her supervisor and she said they did receive a statement but that nothing was being done about it. I told her I had not received a copy of this, and no one had told me their offices had dismissed it or chosen not to press charges. I wanted to know which Prosecuting Attorney had been in charge.
Then I went back to Austria, who was then the head of the sexual assault department. I told him he had directly violated my trust and had gone against my wishes and not even waited for my statement. He said he would have to talk to the FBI about it, because it was "their case".
I wondered how this was the FBI's case, when the books clearly state CRIME is the jurisdiction of police, in the vicinity of which the crime occured. It is not the FBI's jurisdiction to attempt to press charges or not, on their own guys. Austria said the FBI told him THEY were "handling" things and he couldn't get involved. I reminded Austria whose jurisidiction this was, and then he said he'd talk to the FBI again and when he got back to me, he said I could call " Bob" who was either the second in command there or the top guy. I think he was number 2. So I called this guy up and his offices kept telling me to call back, that he was out of the office. I called so many times, and was given the runaround. So I told them I had recorded my conversation with Austria and of their assistants, and they were telling me to CALL and that Bob told them to tell me this, and then he was never available to talk and never returned my calls.
I can't even remember if I got through to him. It seems like he did and he brushed me off, or he told someone to transfer me to someone else. I believe that was what happened, and that was when I got transfered to the guy who faked a phony accent after I told Christa I was trying to press charges against the FBI guys and that I was getting transfered to someone else. I told Christa that his name sounded like a conservative midwest or southern name and if he had a southern accent, I'd know he wasn't Catholic. She already knew I was worried it was going to be handled by someone who was Catholic and who would do his best to get Raul Bujanda and Armando Garza, off.
Obviously, this guy wanted to fake an accent and make me think something for a reason, and there's only one place he would have gotten this information from. This FBI guy also said they were "handling" it and claimed they had already asked the DOJ in Washington D.C., about it and that the DOJ told them to take care of things themselves. Then, this FBI guy asked me if I'd ever been diagnosed with a mental illness before. I said NO and asked if that was what their defense was, or what he wanted it to be.
Later is when I found out this FBI guy didn't even have a southern accent at all. I caught him off guard and his accent was East Coast. I exclaimed he was from the East Coast and he said, yeah, he'd already told me that, and he said this is a muffled hasty cover up way. I said, "No you did NOT." And he knew I was putting two and two together. He had been faking his southern accent up until then.
I was ignored after this. I got a letter from Washington D.C. FBI headquarters, telling me to make my requests to Portland and Portland was telling me to make my requests to D.C. Neither one of them ever gave me the records of what was in the file.
Shortly thereafter, Sgt. Rich Austria received a fat promotion to Homicide. I even think they put him in charge. I found out that going from Sexual Assault to Homicide is a jump on the ladder. So Mr. Austria found his reward and pay off. No one will ever convince me it was anything but that.
I later looked Austria up online and saw an Austria was in a high place in government in the same state with the KOC headquarters (knights of columbus) and that he was a member of KOC too. It all just made me wonder if Sgt. Rich Austria was Catholic. Well, not just "Catholic" but mafia more than anything.
I tried to get somewhere with Victim's Advocates and the head of the Prosecuting Attorney department, even talking to Michael Schrunk, but I didn't get anywhere. They just left it all up to the FBI.
The FBI is not going to police their own people. This was the place of the Portland Police and the justice system and they ignored a crime, and what was worse, was the fraud and concealment of crime and obstruction of justice by the FBI and police.
I tried taking it the OIG but I was shut down by people who seemed to have wind of my case before I reached them, and I never got anywhere with the DOJ either.
Certain people were always moved into position to head me off
I think it was the fault of someone in the FBI that Nacho was murdered. Someone probably thought Nacho had information on something dirty that their guys were involved in. Nacho was killed just a week or so after I told Portland and Seattle FBI about him.
I will write about what happened to Nacho next.
The Wenatchee police refused to charge him with anything. They also refused to help me with a restraining order. I had to get help from an abuse organization to file a restraining order.
It happened after the wedding shower for Steph, a couple of months later, and Christa was telling me not to report it. I reported it.

TTSOML #72: Portland, Oregon FBI Contacts Me About PLF
When my lawyer, who had business with the Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon, finally let me know he was not going to file my case, I had less than two weeks left to file.
I went to the Oregon State Bar and they told me they would assist by setting me up with one of their lawyers, whom they said could draft the complaints so I wouldn't lose out on my claims.
They promised to provide me with an attorney, because my own lawyer was in the wrong. Because my attorney had quit last-minute, without proper notice, if I lost my claims, a lawsuit or complaint could be filed against HIM, and the Professional Liability Fund would be responsible for things.
Prior to having to use the PLF myself, I had contacted the Portland, Oregon FBI office about a matter.
The first time I ever made contact with any FBI office was before I had any personal dealings with the PLF. I had no agenda or motive. What happened, is that while doing research on my own claims, I had come across some cases which were available to the public online through the Oregon government/judicial website.
I found a case of fraud, which had been filed on behalf of a party which had gone to the PLF for assistance because of attorney misconduct. The PLF, they discovered, was fronting as another business as well, but concealing their identity. The Willamette Week had actually done an article about this, about Oregon's PLF and how what they had done, in this case, was wrong. I looked up statutes and felt it was not just "wrong" but actually met the conditions for fraud. I wanted to know why the Portland FBI didn't look into this and do their own investigation. It was corporate fraud, in my opinion, and it was misleading to the public. It fell within the FBI's jurisdiction.
I told ONE person, again, about calling the FBI. I wouldn't even tell HER what it was about ("her" being Christa Schneider). I kept the entire thing to myself even when she asked me what it was about. I told her it was just regarding something that had come up with I thought was wrong.
I remember it had to have been in 2002 or 2003, because I do remember all of this happened before I ever met Mike Tancer, whom I talked to later, about wanting to join the FBI myself. I am pretty sure it was 2002, because it was before I had even filed my lawsuits against the Abbey or The Willamette Week. After all my TTSOML posts, I will write out the exact timeline of everything, with dates.
My first contact to the FBI, which was through the Portland Field Office, was out of concern for the public interest and it had nothing to do with me.
I first called the general line. I didn't say what it was about, but asked whom I should contact or how to make a report of something. The FBI person I spoke with sent me to a man I talked to, who referred to himself as "S.A. Krouger." He said to go ahead and submit my complaint in writing, to his attention. So I did. It was very concise and in a business format, and I included a link to the Oregon Judicial website, to the page with the case.
I was also concerned about the nature of the PLF organization to begin with. Basically, it led the public to believe this was where one should go for help with a lawyer who had broken rules or had engaged in misconduct. It made itself sound like the regulatory body which governed lawyers in Oregon, and actually, this was true. But what was also true was that the Professional Liability Fund was primarily operating to cover their lawyers. They served the interests of the attorneys in the state, not the public really. Their responsibilities were to the Oregon lawyers. What the public didn't always know, in addition to not knowing about a certain business operating as a front for the PLF, was that the Oregon State Bar and the Professional Liabilty Fund were directly connected. If someone filed a complaint with the Bar, and the Bar decided a lawyer had done wrong, then the whole matter went to the Professional Liability Fund, where one could resolve or "settle" the matter by collecting for damages. The PLF paid out on behalf of the Oregon lawyers. It's one thing to have an organization where the duties are towards the lawyers, and it's another thing to mislead the public about a potential conflict of interest. If the Oregon State Bar limited how many of the Oregon lawyers were found "guilty" of misconduct and ethical violations, they also limited the damages paid out by the PLF. And the OSB people and the PLF people were connected. Of course, lawyers also wanted to keep their "dues" down, so I wasn't surprised not many Oregon lawyers were taking up a case against the Bar or PLF on behalf of the public.
One lawyer, or team, did try to get them for fraudulent business front, but the PLF got away with it. Who makes the decisions? Judges. It was one big legal and judicial mess, and I thought perhaps the FBI would be removed enough to look into it and open their own investigation.
After I sent my email, I didn't make any other contact with the FBI. I told absolutely no one I'd even contacted the FBI, except Christa, and I gave her ZERO hints as to what it was about or who it was about. She asked if it was about the Abbey or anyone and I just said I couldn't say anything one way or the other because it was confidential.
A man ended up contacting me, one day, when I wasn't even thinking about it anymore. Basically, I wrote my short email, and left it to the FBI to decide on. This man who called me up told me he was from Portland FBI field offices. He said he'd gone over my email and had some questions for me. He wasn't S.A. Krouger because his voice was different. This guy was a little more aggressive or assertive.
He asked me how I found out about the PLF. He asked me if I had any dealings with them (the answer was "No"). He asked me if I knew the lawyer who had filed a case against the PLF. My answer was "no" and I didn't even recognize his name. This FBI guy didn't identify himself at all except to say he'd received my email at their offices. I believed him, because no one else knew what I'd even reported. Only the FBI would have known.
So he goes on to tell me I wasn't the only one who had made a report about this matter, but that my report was "the most cogent" one they'd received. I remembered this word because at the time I didn't even know what "cogent" meant, though I supposed it was a good thing because his tone was complimentary.
But then his tone changed and he said it wasn't fraud. I said it sure fit the definition for fraud that I was reading, and I'd gone over the FBI jurisdictions and definitions before filing a report as well. I knew it DID fit for fraud and should be investigated and I gave him the points why. He tried to argue and then said in a cold tone that maybe I should just get together with "so-and-so" (the name of the lawyer who took the case to court) and we could file a lawsuit. He made it sound like I was "in on something" with another party or something but I wasn't. Then he just said he wasn't going to investigate and hung up.
That was it. I thought it was wrong, but I didn't contact the FBI again, unless I possibly sent a follow-up email after my conversation with this one guy. I do know I later sent something to the FBI, an email, inquiring about employment with the FBI. I was interested in possibly investigative work myself, or in being a lawyer for the FBI, and I had a particular interest in corporate crime. I felt white collar criminals got away with far too much, and fighting it would be a way to serve the public with government money, and not go into the hole financially. At that time, I was probably more interested in investigative work, than legal work.
No one contacted me after I sent this email out. I believe I sent it Attn: S.A. Krouger again, because I wouldn't have known where to send it otherwise.
No one contacted me and I dropped it. I had other things to take care of, I thought, and I hadn't even filed my lawsuits yet, and I didn't make contact with anyone from the FBI again until I met S.A. Raul Bujanda at an Oregon federal courthouse, at least a year or more later.
I never told anyone what I had reported until after I left Oregon for Washington State, in 2004, after I was assaulted/harassed by FBI employees Bujanda and Garza. No one knew, not even Christa. All anyone knew, was that I'd made a complaint. I told only Christa about even making a complaint.
